Terms for Return of products purchased on this website

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, please therefore check compatibility or suitability for purpose with the manufacturer or other competent body prior to ordering. To initiate a returned item please begin by sending your email to info@shishahookah.co.uk specifying your reason for return and describing the fault in the item.

If your goods are in any way broken or damaged you must please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by sending an email to info@shishahookah.co.uk. Any refund claims after 24 hours are not valid.

We only refund goods in the case that an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you.

In case of damaged goods you need to send in a photograph of the damage to info@shishahookah.co.uk and one of our friendly team will assist you.

In order for an item to be refunded the item must not be used in any way.

We do not accept any refunds on charcoal and tobacco products.

The customer is responsible for payment of any return shipping costs to send items back to us.

For a refund please return the goods to us by signed for standard Royal Mail delivery. 

Replacement of Damaged or Broken Items

If you are requesting to have a replacement to a broken item you must contact us i within 24 hours of the package arriving with you. Any delay after 24 hours and the items will not be eligible for return. In the case of broken bowls or vase glass or any other broken items you need to take a photograph of the item and email it to us at info@shishahookah.co.uk and one of our friendly team will happily assist you.

All tobacco purchased via this website is shipped from the Middle East. Please ensure you therefore select the flavors you wish and inform us of the number of each flavor clearly during the checkout process. We do not accept any refunds on any tobacco orders without exception.
